Rude bartender Orlando Airport
When I to Hooters Orlando Airport on Sunday night after getting off a long international flight. I when to Hooters to relax with some wings and beer.
It took close to 4 minutes to get attention of bartender, she was talking to other customers. Ok, I think, probably regulars. No problem. When I did flag her down afterward passing me by 3-4 times I finally had verbally say hi, can I have a beer and a menu.
Lets just say that was the high point. She was cold, standoff ish. I decided not to order. 2 beers and I was out of there.
May she had a bad day.
But Christ, I been in tin can for 10 hours. If you dont want be there, then dont come in.

I showed up to eat lunch with a friend and we got there at 12:34pm. I had to walk around and ask my waitress to check on our food this is around 1pm.
She walked to the kitchen and they all looked dumb founded and blamed the system. By this time its 1:12pm and I have to be back to work soon so we left with out food or our lunch. There were maybe 6 table in the whole place and 4 waitresses and didnt even care to make anything right I will not be back this is why the Odessa Hooters has a bad reputation for their *** service.
This is how you lose good people and lost a business it not near as busy as it used to be and maybe this is why. Maybe check into this restaurants management and staff.

Horrible service Me and my wife and daughter in a tour hooters on Wells Street in Chicago they were five dirty tables .the Posters told us that it will take 45 minutes for them to clean just one table. So I asked her can she get the manager she never did So asked cam sit at the bar she said yes.
The manager never came until I asked the bartender to go get her, she finally came over 20 minutes later I explained to her about the dirty tables that was still dirty she acted as if she was doing us a favor by talking to us then another party came in a white party they hurry up a cleaned the table and seat them.
They got their food fast while we was still waiting for our which 56 minutes to arrive when arrived food was super cold and over cooked. I asked for manager again she never came.

The hostess told me my party of two that its going to be a 45 minute wait because no table where available, but was 4 unclean tables.. so I asked for the manager she wouldnt get the manager, so I asked to sit at the bar, which add three chairs open, so we set at the bar with our teenager kid because they was to lazy to clean off one of the tables, the hostess and waitress started talking to the cooks about our complaints, so we ask the bartender to get the manager again, the manager finally came over we told her our complaints, she really acted like she didnt care, we waited at the bar for our food for over an hour we asked for manager she never came over, we finally got our for it was burnt s and super dry We believe the hostess and manager told the cook to do that.

Ate in concord nc Saturday night and they got my beer wrong when they finally came to take the order. Food took forever and I see it at the bar sitting.
Waitress said thats not your food and Im sorry I dropped yours and they had to do it agin. Then she gave us the wrong pay out bill. Had to redo the bill which was for four people that cost 112 dollars. They wasnt busy and also had water or pea all over the mens bathroom floor.
I got sick the next two days and not sure if it wasnt the food that set on counter for a while or not.
It was a very bad meal for our family that night. I live at 208 viscount rd Rockwell no 28138 and had Ben at the ball field all day with my daughter and my family to want a good meal but got the opposite

If I could give negative stars I would. First we tried to call to place a Togo order.
Could not get through for over an hour, sounded like they just took the phone off the hook. We ended up just ordering it online. When we went to pick it up, someone greeted us at the hostess stand and directed us to the bar to pick up our food. We walk over to the bar, where there were 4 workers but no one would speak to us.
We tried to get someones attention for 20 minutes. Finally someone asked what we wanted and we explained we were there to pick up our to go order. We reminded her 3-4 times for ranch. She brought us our food and just dropped it in front of us.
We left, got home and our food was cold and no ranch at all. We go back up to the restaurant and still no one talked to us for about 10 minutes and was asked was something wrong? And we stated we asked for ranch 3-4 times, we paid extra for the ranch. Handed them the receipt and was told without the food they cant give us any ranch because they cant just believe us when we say they didnt provide us with ranch then we were asked to leave.
I have worked in the service industry for many many years so I understand the stress and problems that come from working in a restaurant but I have never seen such horrible, lazy and inconsiderate service from a restaurant like we did here. This was completely unacceptable and could have been easily remedied with just the smaller bit of effort and hospitality. Whoever the manager is should be ashamed they allow there employees to treat there customers with such disrespect and carelessness.
We will be reaching out to corporate to inform them of this particular restaurant tarnishing the reputation of a corporation that from my experience at other Hooters has made a point to treat there customers with respect and exceptional customer service. This kind of customer service is completely unacceptable and no one should waste there money coming to this Hooters.

How does that prove you did not receive any ranch? So so so pathetic.
