Defamation of character and bad management in the northern region
I went to Manassas Hooter for my birthday in January. I bought two drinks and only received one.
When I asked about my drink I was accosted by a bartender there named Jess saying she had already poured the drink and I could talk to the manager Eric. That night and there are many other nights she has overserved a motorcycle club called the warfighters and i was verbally berated when i walked in the establishment. I had to verbally defend myself because of the manager Eric could and would not even come out of the managment office. I walked around to management office and was told he was in he bathroom.
Went to look in the bathroom and Eric was not there. He was in the outside area smoking Marijuana. When I got back to the bar after searching for him the bartender was already talking with him. I told Eric I was looking for him and he cut me off saying he watched Jess pour my drink.
I said no and asked the server Adaleen who was serving me if I ever got that drink she said no. Then instead of pouring the drink I paid for I was told to leave and the bartender Jess got on the phone with the police. I asked Eric why he was not giving me what I paid for and he said again he watched her pour it for me. I was already irritated after being verbally and almost physically assaulted when getting to the establishment I said your high on *** and you are being a *** about this I dont want any problems with the police over a $11 dollar drink that I paid for and never got.
Hands down terrible management by the manager Eric, general manager Tyler who always trys to get hooters customers to go to a strip club *** in West Virginia talks and promotes it non stop in the Manassas Hooters and by the regional manager Neil who refuses to even talk to a customer about any incident that occurs. Terrible Birthday experience here at the Manassas Hooters

Extremely Unpleasant Experience Due to Manager's Behavior - Wayne Lawes at Hooters Boca Raton
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding the deplorable conduct of the manager, Wayne Lawes, during my recent visit to Hooters located off Glades and I-95 in Boca Raton. The incident occurred yesterday, and I feel compelled to share my experience in the hope that appropriate action is taken.
My friends and I were at Hooters for a dinner meeting, looking forward to enjoying a pleasant evening.
However, our experience took a drastic turn for the worse when we encountered Mr. Wayne Lawes. His behavior was nothing short of outrageous and completely unacceptable.
Mr. Lawes approached our table in an aggressive manner, screaming at us with a level of hostility that left us stunned.
Despite attempting to ignore him, he continued to berate us, creating an uncomfortable and hostile environment. At one point, it even felt as though he might resort to physical aggression. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior for someone in a managerial position.
Furthermore, it was disheartening to learn that this is not an isolated incident. Even the waitstaff mentioned that Mr.
Lawes has a consistent pattern of screaming at customers. This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional but also reflects poorly on the reputation of Hooters as a whole.
I strongly urge the management of Hooters to take immediate and decisive action in addressing this matter. Mr. Wayne Lawes is clearly not suited for a position that involves direct interaction with customers.
Whether through comprehensive training, reassignment to a non-customer-facing role, or termination, steps must be taken to rectify this situation and ensure that other patrons do not have to endure such a distressing experience.
It is my sincere hope that Hooters takes this matter seriously and implements the necessary measures to uphold the standards of customer service that one would expect from a reputable establishment. I believe addressing this issue promptly is crucial to maintaining the trust and loyalty of your customers.

Went to hooters in Flemington Nj on Monday 1/29. Walked in at 6:25.
Was seated right away. Barmaid, manager and server were talking and laughing behind the bar. It took only a few mins for waitress to come over and take bar order. The drinks never came to us.
Manager had walked away and so did the waitress. I asked the barmaid what happened to our drinks. She said she would make them. That was after 15 mins.
There was only 2-3 other tables occupied.so it wasnt busy at all. Had to flag down waitress to order apps.they came out. We had to flag her down again to place our order. That was about 6:50-7:00.
We never got our food. It was 7:35 asked her where our food was. She said the iPads were not working. Only 1 worked.
Waited another 20 mins. No food. Went up to barmaid asked for our check. We paid.
We gave a tip because we are never ones to complain and cause a scene. My husband flagged down the manager.told him what happened and he preceded to say we couldnt have been there that long. So he kind of accused us of lying. He was right there when we walked in and were seated.we were so disappointed and upset.
Then the next morning that same credit card that we used there was compromised. I cannot say it was from there.but I have had that card for years and never had a problem. I had no other transactions on that card for days before that. Very disappointed.
I have always went to hooters.
Love their wings etc. but will not go back to that one after that experience.

The server Emily kept coming out and complaining about another serving in training. We were there to have a good time and not hear about server drama.
Emily brought my food without ranch or condiments and stood there still, complaining about that server in training. I finally looked at her, and she said oh let me grab your condiments. Never came back out. So my friend went in there to get my stuff.
That took 15 mins. Food was cold by then. I get the bill and told her it was wrong. She charged me 13 dollars for an alcohol drink that I always pay 6.99 for.
Emily was cursing around my friend and then Emily snatched the receipt out of my hand and walked away. The mgr came out and asked who was complaining. I'm like I guess I'm the complainer. He said he had to verify with Jen who originally told me they shouldn't be charging me for juice.
I said that's fine. Well he discounts my friends order but not mine who was the complainer. Worst experience I have ever had. We go there allot.
The servers there are so nasty and always talking about each other.
Mind you Emily was outside on the ground like a dog for a customer to take pictures a month ago. This is a family place too and not very professional.

Went to this establishment for a good burger,(was hoping better than gooroos in robertsdale) but it wasn't. I have a few issues for this place.
Service, other than the waitress was horrible, waiting time for a (half cooked) burger and a salad and wings and chicken tenders took over 40 minutes..pice is "okayish".
I will NEVER go here again, I wasted 100 bucks for the food that wasn't good and undercooked, I should of ended up going to gooroos anyway. Would be nice if I was refunded my money considering there had been many issues I had with this place but nope I wasn't offered that, I shouldn't be even expecting that to be done with this place but I personally think it's cause they are actually losing money due to the rising issues they have so...yea

I ordered food to be delivered. A whole meal was missing.
I called the store to speak with the manager. The manager said that the meal I ordered was a summer promo so they just left it off my order but charged me for it. The manager was snotty and I felt like I was speaking to a junior higher. When I explained that the meal was for my special needs son that just leaving it off was not the right thing to do, the manager scoffed and told me it wasnt Hooters problem but that I should contact the delivery company.
I wrote headquarters about the experience and was sent a computer generated email saying sorry your experience wasnt Hooterific. A manager laughs because my special needs son didnt get his meal and this was their only response.

My husband and I ate there last week! Unfortunately I paid cash and didn’t keep the receipt! We weren’t expecting to become sick after leaving there but we both had food poisoning!
