I’ve been in the restaurant business most of my life as an owner/manager.If I owned Hooters I would thank God for having a “brand” because you have nothing else.

Even at that, your biggest weakness is quality of staff. I would say kids acting as chefs and managers. I’m speaking for your Ohare location. It’s funny yet pathetic.

The girls are (not to be mean) but 5’s treating patrons like they are 10’s.

I’m sitting at bar, facing kitchen, and seen more food going in trash than on tables.If management is happy with performance, hey, whatever works for you....but if business is your game, wake up and VISIT YOU LOCATIONS.
